I recently saw a post on Facebook about Emotional Exhaustion around Covid-19 and most people working from home. I’m reminded that I have been working on dealing with this for longer and in a different way but thought I would post some positive around this here. Yes, you read about increased cases in Edmonton and it freaks me out but I remember that with the surgery we are in a better situation with the flu and Covid-19. we can reach out to family and friends online or see them 6 ft apart outside on nice days. We have so much to look forward to and why we should take care of ourselves and ensure we are sleeping well and taking care of ourselves so that we can be there for the ones we love. Here is a little checklist. If you are feeling any of these reach out to your family and friends. Devon has been such an amazing support and his extrovert nature means that he wants to talk to everyone. He really misses going out. I know that some of these are definitely more of a trigger to all of us because of Covid-19. Stay Safe!
